Inflatables or a brand usesing the Halkey Roberts or push push inflatable boat valves. 
The end that fits into the hose is 3/4″ in diameter. 
 
This comes with 2 spacers and 1 rubber washer.  
These can use 1 spacer and one washer or both spacer and rubber washer. 
External hose fitting dimension 21mm Internal hose fitting dimension 17mm The adaptor is 25mm long
