Why I am having trouble processing/paying for my order?

I Have not received my e-mail correspondence?

If you have not received any correspondence via e-mail from us that you were expecting please check you junk mail.

How much does my shipping cost?

The shipping costs will vary depending on your location, product and any offer which may be valid at the time on ordering. The costs will be calculated in the ”Shipping” section during checkout. If your delivery address is in any of the following locations you will be e-mailed a postage quote after the order has been placed. Alternatively please contact us for a quote prior to your order.

N Ireland (over 4kgs), S Ireland,  Highlands (over 4kgs), UK Channel Islands, Europe, Rest of the World.

Who will be delivering my order?

Pacermarine use a variety of shipping methods, the most suited to your needs will be selected at the dispatch stage. We use either Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, DPD, Parcelforce 24, Parcelforce International or UKMail.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Pacermarine try hard to ship next day however in some cases, especially around holidays we ask you to allow 2 – 3 business days for processing your order. Followed by 1-2 business days for our couriers to delivery your goods. If you have placed an order for an outboard engine please allow 5 – 7 days for the PDI and warranty process. If you require your engine sooner please call us and we’ll see what we can do.

Will my order need to be signed for?

Yes. All our items will require a signature upon receipt and cannot be left without. If you are out when our couriers try to deliver they will leave a contact card for you to arrange a re-delivery direct.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days after the date of purchase to cancel or return your item.

Who is responsible for payment of return shipping?
If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong product, the product is not suitable, the wrong size, etc. You will be required to pay for the return postage to us. However, we will re-fund in full your postage for any faulty goods under warranty, once received back and confirmation of warranty fault has been accepted by the manufacturers.

Please note all products are required back in their original condition and in original packaging in order for a full refund to be processed.
