Servers are located in a secure data centre (operated by Level3) protected by 24×7 security personnel, electronic access control, physical locks, intrusion detection system on escape and riser doors and CCTV monitoring with recording of all access points and circulation areas.

Servers are located behind multiple layers of hardware and software firewalls to prevent unauthorised access to services, and are regularly patched, updated and monitored for possible signs of intrusion.

Access to customer information (including contact details and order history, but specifically excluding credit card numbers) is available to authorised Pacer Marine employees by means of password-based authentication. Credit card numbers are NOT taken through the website.

4. Sale of business
